SapuraCrest, through it wholly-owned subsidairy TL Offshore Sdn Bhd, has been awarded a contract from Talisman Malaysia Limited ("Talisman") to provide a charter of a pipely/derrick barge to install 3 stalk-on risers as well as the deployment of U spools and the recovery of 4 buoyancy tanks for Talisman’s BLOCK PM-3 CAA  Northern Fields Development project, located in an area in the South China Sea between Malaysia and Vietnam approximately 150 nautical miles east of Kota Bahru (risers are the connection between a subsea pipeline and the topside facilities on an offshore platform while USpools are the subsea expansion spool connection between a riser and a pipeline and buoyancy tanks are the flotation aids used for jacket installation). Worth US$25m- US$30m, the job is to commence in April 2008 for a period of 50 days.
